House Wiring
We started its manufacturing with House Wiring which is used for electrification in houses and offices etc. These are single and multicore insulated wires in copper conductors. Initially, these wires were manufactured in imperial sizes conforming to BS:2004 standards, which have been replaced by metric size wires conforming to BS:6004 standards
Low Smoke Zero Halogen
AM Cables has always followed a modular approach to keep pace with changing requirements and has developed many special products in the process. Our Fire Retardant and Fire-Resistant Cables are specially designed for sensitive and valuable installations. These cables are manufactured with fire-resistant mica tape and low smoke and fume zero halogen sheaths. Cables are 600/1000 volts rated and manufactured in an accordance with BS7846 and BS6387 Cat C&W

AM Cables co-axial cables are manufactured in RG-6 & RG-11 categories and widely used in satellite cable networking. Cat 6 cables are used to data networking.
AM Cables manufactures general telephone cables up to 20 pairs which are used in houses, offices and shopping malls.

Solar Cables
Solar cables are bundles of thin strands of pure copper wire to provide flexibility and maximum current carrying capacity (lowest resistance). Stranded wire conducts the flow of electrons better than a single solid wire strand of the same gauge.
Special Solar CABLE
AM Cables are manufactured to Specification BS 6500 which applies to PVC insulated armored cables up to and including 3.3 kV. However, Pioneer Cables Limited, can and does, supply cables to all other national standards and to customers’ special specifications.
These are pure copper complying with BS 6360 Conductors of single-core cables are circular and those of multi-core cables are generally shaped.
Reduced neutral conductors and special-purpose conductors are generally circular.

AUTO CABLE

PVC Compound
Thermoplastics are the materials used for the insulation of electric cables. PVC is the most frequently used thermoplastic in electric cables. MCI manufactures its PVC in-house using virgin Resin, imported lead-free stabilizers, and other high-quality components. We manufacture a range of different PVCs for different applications such as 85-degree PVC automotive and domestic cable, T1 7 T9 PVC for flexible cable, and high temperature resistant PVC.
PVC COMPOUND
AM Cables Plastic Plant manufactures Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) which is mainly used in cable insulation and sheathing. PVCs are manufactured in type TI.1 (70o C) and type T9 (90o C) according to BS 7655 standards. In addition to that, We are also manufacturing Flame Retardant (FR) and Anti Termite (AT) PVCs which are used for special cable sheaths. Manufactured PVCs are used in AM Cables and supplied to other cable manufacturers as well.
